Cancellations


PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE A STRICT CANCELLATION POLICY IN PLACE AND WHEN BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT YOU ARE AGREEING TO THAT CANCELLATION POLICY.


A DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID TO SECURE A BOOKING. IF THIS IS NOT PAID THEN YOUR APPOINTMENT MAY BE CANCELLED.


IF YOU CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT BEFORE 24 HOURS THE DEPOSIT CAN BE ROLLED OVER TO YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT.


IF CANCELLED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT THE 50% DEPOSIT WILL BE LOST.


NO SHOWS WILL LOSE THEIR 50% DEPOSIT & WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE REMAINDER OF THE TREATMENT BEFORE BEING ABLE TO BOOK ANY FUTURE APPOINTMENTS.


PLEASE NOTE THAT THE REQUEST TO RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITHIN 24 HOURS COUNTS AS CANCELLING THE APPOINTMENT FOR THE ORIGINAL DATE AGREED AND THEREFORE THE ABOVE FEES STILL STAND.


Deposits


Deposits are non-refundable, you can reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking. If you are unable to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment.


Punctuality & Courtesy


Please note we hold a strict punctuality policy. All allocated appointments must begin and end at the scheduled time so that the next client is not delayed. If you are 10 minutes late or more, we may not be able to carry out your treatment and you will incur the full treatment cost.


We kindly ask new clients to arrive 10 minutes before their appointment time so that they have time to complete a client consultation form.


We ask you to please refrain from taking phone calls in the salon and that your mobile is on silent for the duration of your time at the salon to allow everyone to enjoy their appointments in peace.


Gift Vouchers


Gift vouchers are non-refundable. They are strictly valid for 12 months from purchase (unless stated otherwise when purchasing) and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred.


Your gift voucher code must be quoted at the time of booking and must be presented to your therapist at the beginning of your treatment.


We are not responsible for any vouchers lost, stolen or destroyed, failure to produce a voucher within person or provide a voucher code will result in the amount being lost altogether.


You are not under obligation to use the full value of your voucher during one session.


Late cancellations and failure to show (terms laid out above) also apply to gift vouchers.


Medical Conditions


We ask that you disclose all medical conditions, including pregnancy, prior to your booking as some treatments may not be suitable. You must also include all medical conditions and history on your client consultation form which will be treated with confidentiality.


Date Protection Policy


Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be stored inn line with GDPR guidelines.


Price alterations


We reserve the right to review prices in line with inflation.


Purchase of retail products


All retails products must be paid in full at the time of purchase of ordering. Prepaid course of treatments must be used within 12 months from date of purchase. Unless stated otherwise.


Any treatment courses are non-refundable.


Hygiene Salon hygiene is of the upmost importance, all our tools and work areas are cleaned and disinfected between treatments.


Patch testing


It Is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have the correct patch testing within the relevant time scale. Full information is provided on our online booking system.


Failure to have been patch tested will mean the treatment will be refused and you will be charged the full treatment cost. 


If you are having a nail treatment, please remember to book any relevant “Shellac removals”. Failure to do so will mean the removal process will cut into your treatment time (a minimum of 15 minutes, sometimes longer if you are wearing a brand from another salon) and you will be still be charged the full treatment cost.
